What’s the process?

It’s so easy, we have broke it down in 4 easy steps. Once you have your venue booked, we help guide you through the design process.

  • Schedule a consultation or fill out an inquiry form, whichever you prefer. Please share as much information as you can. At a minimum, we need your event date and venue.

  • Be as involved as much as you like, or let us handle the details based on your vision and budget. We can also discuss other vendors to help bring your event design together.

  • We will put together a design proposal of all the items we discussed and more. Each proposal is made custom based on your needs and desires. Proposals are sent out within 48 hours of design meeting unless we need more time to gather quotes from outside vendors. You'll see a complete list of design pieces, rentals, and fees. You have 30 days to review the proposal with your family or planner and let us know what questions you have.

  • When you are ready to book, open your proposal and scroll down to the bottom. The contract terms, signature line and first payment links are all there in one spot. You will receive an email from us with any followup questions but your date is secured on our calendar with payment and signature.

Average Pricing

How much will the flowers and decor cost for our wedding? A quick answer doesn’t exist. You can spend as little or as much as you want. We do have a minimum for delivery that varies depending on the time of year and day of the week - inquire directly for the mime for your date. It depends on the number of guests, style of the event, types and amount of flowers you would like and the time of year. Sounds easy, right?

After Booking with us

Now that you are booked, here is our process

Communication

Please reach out to us via email anytime you have a question or changes. We have a team here to support you, but they can only access email, not texts or phone calls to your direct sales manager

We will send you a few emails, 6 months, 4 months and 2 months prior to your event date to check in. Reminders and to ask some followup questions. 

2 months out we will request a final details meeting. If you are interested in a mockup of your centerpiece*, we can also schedule that. Invite your family, planner or best friend! We love meeting in person, but happy to meet via zoom if you would like.

30 days out - final counts and payment will be due
